When will I receive my order?
All hard copy and herbal orders will be shipped within 2 working days by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery.
Do you ship internationally outside the united kingdom?
Yes, however since Brexit we have occasionally experienced delays due to customs requirements in EU countries. If in doubt please contact us.
How much is postage?
Postage and packaging are £4 in the UK for any weight under 1k. Anything over 1k will be £6
Can I return my order?
Books are returnable and refundable if notified to us within 2 working days of receipt and once the condition has been verified. Herbs are not generally refundable. You can discuss your needs with us in order to eliminate doubt and ensure that what you order is what you want and need.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 24 hours after you place your order there is a chance we may be able to halt it.
